Customs and Duties:

No duties or custom fees will be charged to the customer on North American orders. Shop Souls is not responsible for customs or duty charges incurred on international orders. Unfortunately, these costs are out of our control. Please check with your applicable country’s rates. Please note, delays at customs may hold up your order’s transit time.

Shipping Times:

Canada: 5-7 business days 

USA: 5-10 business days 

International: 5-15 business days 

Shop Souls is happy to provide free shipping on all orders in Canada, and free shipping on orders over $75.00 in the USA. We do not provide free shipping beyond these two countries at this time.

Shop Souls does not pay for the return label if exchanging your product.
